Our service merely facilitates the conversion of publicly accessible content that users provide URLs for. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and convert any content.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content accessed through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice containing the following information:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of copyright. Users who repeatedly violate the copyrights of others will have their access to the Service permanently disabled.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages. We may seek legal action against individuals who submit false or fraudulent DMCA notices.

Processing Timeline

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  2. Notify the user who posted the material
  3. Provide the user with the opportunity to file a counter-notification
