Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
Your complimentary trial includes one successfully generated file, after signing in with Google, without entering payment details. Failed processing does not use the trial. It does not reset each day. To process more audio, choose a credit pack. There is no site-wide daily task cap. Short-term free request limits still apply; paid credits bypass those free limits, while safe server capacity limits still apply.
Which plan should I choose?
Start with Creator Mini for 10 tasks and a $2.99 one-time payment. Creator Pack gives 50 tasks for $9.99. Both are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. For regular use, Creator Pro gives 200 credits after each successful monthly payment of $19.99 — about $0.10 per task, the lowest price per credit. It renews monthly until canceled.
What happens if processing or downloading fails?
A credit is used only after a file is successfully generated. Failed processing releases the reserved credit. If a file transfer fails, retry downloading the same file while its 15-minute link is valid; this does not use another processing credit. Each temporary file allows up to three download attempts. Generating a new file is a new processing task.
Can I buy Creator Mini, Creator Pro, or Creator Pack right now?
Yes. Sign in first so credits can be added to the correct account. Creator Mini is $2.99 one-time for 10 authorized processing credits. Creator Pro is $19.99 per month for 200 authorized processing credits after each successful monthly payment. Creator Pack is $9.99 one-time for 50 authorized processing credits.
Can I use this for any SoundCloud track?
No. Use the converter only for content you own, created, have permission to save, or that the creator has made available for download or reuse.
How do I cancel Creator Pro or request a refund?
Use the billing portal with the email used at checkout to manage or cancel your monthly subscription. One-time buyers can request a refund within 14 days of payment; requests are reviewed under the payment provider’s process. You can also contact our support email for help.
Open the secure billing portalCan the public tool generate FLAC?
Yes. The public tool generates MP3, WAV and FLAC files for supported authorized tracks, up to 160 MiB. FLAC cannot improve a low-quality or already compressed source; a true lossless archive needs an authorized original lossless file.
