3. Data Storage and Security

File Storage: Temporary processing files are not intended as permanent hosting. We do not present the service as permanent file storage.

Personal Data: Your account information and optional history metadata are protected with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Registration origin: We store the IP address and approximate country, region, and city from the first account-registration request, where Cloudflare provides them, to understand service demand by region and investigate abuse. These account records are restricted to authorized administrators, are not overwritten on later sign-ins, and are retained with the account until deletion. IP-based location may reflect a proxy or VPN and is not a precise physical address. Missing historical registration information is not inferred from later visits. We do not send these registration records to advertising or session-recording services or request browser GPS location.

Download Operations: To operate and troubleshoot downloads, we keep first-party records of submitted public track links, output format, IP address, referring domain and campaign parameters where provided, processing outcomes, file-transfer attempts, and browser receipt acknowledgements. Detailed operational records are retained for up to 90 days and are available only to authenticated, authorized administrators. Aggregate daily counts are retained without IP addresses or track links. A browser acknowledgement indicates receipt of the complete file, not confirmation that it was saved to disk. These operational IP addresses and track links are not sent as events to Google Analytics, and advertising and session-recording scripts are excluded from the administration pages.

Complimentary trial and abuse prevention: We use a first-party random browser token in a secure, HttpOnly cookie (up to one year), and a random identifier in browser local storage, to apply the one-successful-task trial. Neither identifier contains your email, track link, or an advertising identifier. We retain hashed trial-use records separately from temporary audio files and link them to your account when you sign in, so changing IP addresses or signing in does not reset a used trial. These identifiers are not sent to advertising or analytics services. We may also keep your last submitted link and format in session storage for up to one day to restore the form after signing in or purchasing.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• With service providers who assist in operating our Service
• When you purchase a plan, with Waffo as checkout and billing provider, including your purchase email and order details needed to process payment and support billing
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and prevent fraud

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your login session
• Remember your preferences
• Apply free-processing allowances and protect the service from repeated automated requests
• Analyze site traffic and usage patterns
• Serve and measure advertising, including Google AdSense where configured and Adsterra display, Social Bar, and clearly labelled sponsored-link formats
• Improve user experience

Analytics and advertising services may load when you visit a page that uses them. Google, Microsoft Clarity, and Adsterra may use cookies or similar technologies to measure usage and advertising and, where permitted, serve ads based on visits to this and other sites.

6. Advertising and Analytics Partners

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and Microsoft Clarity to understand interaction patterns through features such as heatmaps and session recordings. We may also use Google AdSense to display ads when approved and configured, and Adsterra display banners, Social Bar advertising, and clearly labelled sponsored links. These services may process information such as device data, browser data, pages visited, approximate location, clicks, scrolling, and ad interactions under their respective policies.
