SoundCloud Converter provides a SoundCloud-focused online tool for authorized audio format workflows. The Service is intended for public SoundCloud track links that users own, created, have permission to save, or that the creator has made available for download or reuse. The Service allows users to:

  • Convert audio files to MP3, M4A, WAV, and FLAC formats
  • Process authorized SoundCloud track links
  • Store basic processing history metadata for registered users
  • Read guides about source quality, formats, and copyright-aware use

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

  • Download copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Use the Service to circumvent access controls, platform restrictions, or creator settings
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions on the Service
  • Distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

We do not condone or support copyright infringement. Users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights may have their access to the Service terminated.

The public site is currently offered as a free beta. We do not currently offer an active Premium subscription on the public site. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing, billing terms, cancellation rules, and refund terms will be published before purchase.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
  • Limit or restrict access to the Service
  • Change features, functionality, or pricing
  • Perform maintenance and updates

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

  • Converted files are automatically deleted after 24 hours
  • We do not sell or share your personal information
  • Download history is stored only for registered users
  • We use cookies to improve user experience
